The location was convenient for exploring. It's close to many restaurants. the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean. I found the bed comfortable after a long day of travel. breakfast had plenty of options and offered a great start to the day.
The air conditioning wasn't working perfectly. It made the room a bit stuffy. it wasn't a major issue, though it would be good to fix.

The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. A tram stop nearby offered quick access to city attractions. halles de lyon paul bocuse is just across the street from the hotel. This is a big plus.

Breakfast was plentiful. It had a good selection of hot and cold options. the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and fruit. I appreciated that there was a lot of variety on offer each morning at breakfast.

The staff were cute and friendly. check-in and check-out were very easy. The staff were always ready to assist with any questions that i had .

The hotel includes a pinball machine and a snooker table. These are in the reception and bar area. the wifi worked well . This allowed me to stay connected and easily plan my daily activities around the city.

helpful staff fresh bread
The location is amazing! it's super close to the rail station and local parks are nearby too. the staff was helpful. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, and fresh french bread!

shower cubicle permanent odour
The location worked well. The staff was friendly.
The room was very small, it barely fit the bed. I was very frustrated by the mold in the shower cubicle, what a nasty surprise. A permanent odour came from the drain, this was so unpleasing.

The lobby was decorative and comfortable with quick and seamless Internet access.
The room was small, and the bathroom need renovate. The value too low compare to price per night. This really bothered me, especially given the overall cost.
